B. Processing, Shipping & Cut off Time
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Time: Shipping takes 5-7 business days after processing.
Total estimate delivery time: 6-9 business days.
Order Cut off time: Order cut off time is 3:00PM(GMT+01:00) Amsterdam. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
C. Change of Address
To request an address change, email us at info@mymelby.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order is in transit.
D. Cancellations
